Jeremy Patterson is the Founder and President of Mentoring Young Minds and currently serves as a Senior Program Director for one of the largest community organizations in Cincinnati focused on youth development, where he leads programs that support positive youth engagement and community impact.
With more than two decades of experience in education and youth programming, Jeremy has served in leadership roles including School Director, Dean of Students, and educator, where he focused on improving student outcomes, building strong school cultures, and developing meaningful community partnerships.
Jeremy holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Miami University and has dedicated his career to helping young people build confidence, develop purpose, and reach their full potential through mentorship and empowering opportunities.

Rob Davis serves as a Program Director for Mentoring Young Minds, bringing more than 20 years of experience as both an educator and coach. Throughout his career, Rob has been deeply committed to supporting students’ academic growth, personal development, and confidence both in and out of the classroom. His background in education and athletics allows him to connect with students in meaningful ways while promoting discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Mississippi Valley State University and is passionate about mentoring young people and helping them recognize their potential. His dedication to student success and positive youth development plays an important role in advancing the mission of Mentoring Young Minds.
