Jeremy Patterson is the Founder and President of Mentoring Young Minds and currently serves as a Senior Program Director for a leading community organization in Cincinnati focused on youth development, where he oversees programs that drive positive youth engagement and community impact.
With more than 20 years of experience in education and youth programming, Jeremy has held leadership roles including School Director, Dean of Students, and educator, with a focus on improving student outcomes, building strong school cultures, and developing meaningful community partnerships.
He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Miami University and has dedicated his career to helping young people build confidence, develop purpose, and reach their full potential through mentorship.

Throughout his career, Rob has been deeply committed to supporting students’ academic growth, personal development, and confidence both in and out of the classroom. His background in education and athletics allows him to connect with students in meaningful ways while promoting discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Mississippi Valley State University and is passionate about mentoring young people and helping them recognize their potential. His dedication to student success and positive youth development plays an important role in advancing the mission of Mentoring Young Minds.
Our leadership team also includes professionals with advanced degrees and expertise in education, business, and law, bringing a well-rounded and strategic approach to program development and implementation. Our leadership team brings together decades of experience in education, youth development, and community engagement. Combining hands-on program experience with strategic expertise, the team is committed to delivering high-quality mentoring, leadership development, and wellness programming that creates lasting impact for the youth we serve. Deeply connected to the community, our team works in partnership with schools and local organizations to expand access and opportunity for youth.
